     dkstories or Dan Kirk has written a dozen stories I recommend. He has written quite a few more I have yet to read. This author will draw you in, twist your mind and leave you hungry for more. His stories are mostly science fiction, but you will find some high school drama too. Despite what you choose, you will enjoy the writing of dkstories!

    Never, ever, ever trust a mad scientist. Anyone who has read science fiction stories or watched a few episodes of Outer Limits or Twilight Zone knows not to trust mad scientists doing illegal research. I'd done all those things, and knew from the outset that I should have just walked away. There were ten thousand reasons why I didn't though.

    Micah was a goon. At least, that’s what a lot of people like him were called. All he did, most of the time, was stand in front of the doorways and make sure only people with those pretty little badges went inside. Most people looked at his smooth face, buff body and completely ignored him, but his eyes looked at their face, scanned their badge to make sure the security clearance was appropriate and the picture matched the person wearing the badge and mentally kept a running log of who went in and out. But he had connections and it put him in the wrong place at the wrong time.

    Dan Kirk will twist your mind and logic as he tells this awesome story. Dan takes the reader across thousands of years as he weaves an intense story where literally millions and millions of people are killed. It's a fight to save earth from the mists that come from a rift in time that will have you on the edge of your seat. I talk with a lot of different people about a lot of different stories and this is one of the few that almost always comes up in conversation. It was started on 23 October 2001. I had no grey hair then. LOL!

    The continued story of Worthington Sinclair V. Just got to take a moment to give Dan Kirk some congrats on his choice for a name for a rick man's kid. Worthington. I once had a chance to choose a rick kid's name and came up with Brice Throckmorton. Worthington takes the cake in this story that stretches its muscles in this sequel.

    Author's Note: This story is set in Ann McCaffrey's Dragonriders of Pern world. The story follows Jashon. He's the son of a holder that is not following tradition, which, as always, leads to grief and discontent.
    The world of Pern, as created by Anne McCaffrey have long been a favorite of mine. If you have never read any of her stories, I encourage you to purchase them from an online retailer or your local bookstore. Like Anne McCaffrey herself, I recommend starting with her original book about Pern, Dragonflight. My personal favorite remains Moreta: Dragonlady of Pern.
